Return & Refund Policy – Pretty and Petty Customs
At Pretty and Petty Customs, each item is made with care—many of our products are custom-made just for you. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different than big retail stores.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our end (such as incorrect design, spelling, or product malfunction).
Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Items
We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.
