Shipping Policy

At Pretty & Petty Customs, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders $25 and over ship FREE

  • Orders under $25 (that include physical items like shirts, cups, hats, etc.) ship at a flat rate of $7.00

  • Vinyl decal–only orders ship FREE

Shipping Methods:

  • Decal-only orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail using a standard stamp (no tracking included)

  • All other orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing (custom items may take longer)

  • Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and shipped

Important Notes:

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Once your order has been handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays
